Last week I finally ventured to the Palms Casino to check out Chronic Tacos. There is such a huge variety of Mexican style places to eat on the West Coast it is really hard to resist trying one that has so much social media buzz already.  Chronic Tacos is a California inspired Mexican grill restaurant. They have a lot of customization options with real authentic flavors.

The secret to the yummy tacos is family recipes. The recipes go back 3 generations to Central Mexican town of Fresnillo. Great Grandma Bonilla made all these recipes from scratch.  Now you have a chance to check out why her recipes became so legendary right here in Las Vegas.

I was so lucky to meet with the Vegas  location owners, Jonathan and Jennifer. They grew up in the food business and their family owned many McDonald’s, so naturally they know so much about what makes a restaurant successful!  With everything they know and understand, they chose Chronic Tacos for their own franchise business. They understand that Millenials want to know what they are eating, where it comes from and just the way they want it.

A new Summerlin location of Chronic Tacos will be coming soon but in the mean time, visit their location at the Palms!
