The story of the brand is really touching. If you ever heard of Lola’s story, you will turn yourself to the positive side and believe in dreams. Within the past year, the black-owned brand has taken off and become an inspiration to so many.
The brand was created in April 2020 by 9-year-old Lola who was born with spina bifida and turned her passion of nail polish into a business. Taylor uses a wheelchair and began to experience bullying in school due to her disability. This led to her diagnosis with anxiety, PTSD, and depression. Lola wanted a hobby to focus to make her happy while also celebrating mental health and loving yourself for who you are no matter what obstacles you need to overcome.
Lola Marie Polish also makes charitable donations to Casey Cares Foundation to assist with critically ill children and their families.
