Besides throwing away your makeup every 6 months, it is really important to clean and replace your makeup brushes  regularly too!  If you don’t use brushes and use your fingers, make sure you wash your hands before and after you do your make up.

The sponge is really soft when dry and even soften when moistened with water. You are suppose to use the pointy end around eyes and nose and the rounded end for cheeks and large areas. I feel like I have seen this sponge before in hot pink a few years ago under a different name.

If you want to try a truly innovative sponge, the Magic Touch by Denessa uses air compression to perfect your make up application. They come in a a little tin and they feel almost space like. They are truly magically!  You press it against your skin and it make a little bit of product go a long way. You can use this wet or dry and they are reusable!

If you absolutely cannot part with your brushes, make sure you clean them well. Use the Parian Spirit Professional Brush Cleaner – It contains citrus based spirits that will get all the impurities out.
