    PAN-SEARED QI’A OATMEAL
    with QI’A – CREAMY COCONUT OATMEAL

    The gluten free answer to french toast and pancakes – pan-seared oatmeal. A crispy take on everyone’s favorite hearty way to start the day, this easy to prepare organic superfood oatmeal dish puts the gourmet back in gluten free. Top with fresh raspberries and pure maple syrup for a dash of sweetness.

    INGREDIENTS:

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Grease loaf pan well with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
    2. Empty packets of Qi’a into a bowl.
    3. Heat almond milk just to a boil.
    4. Pour almond milk over Qi’a.
    5. Stir to combine.
    6. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    7. Stir into prepared pan.
    8. Cover with plastic wrap.
    9. Refrigerate overnight.
    10. Slice Qi’a into 6 portions.
    11. Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a large nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat.
    12. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden and seared on each side, cooking in batches if needed.
    13. Serve with raspberries and maple syrup.

    One of my favorite recipe is CHOCOLATE PB SMOOTHIE BOWL

    You need: 1 frozen banana, 2/3 cup almond milk, 3 tbsp PBfit, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

    Toppings: banana sliced, 1 tbsp PBfit mixed with water to drizzle, Cacao nibs, 1 tbsp roasted peanuts

    Combine banana, almond milk, PBfit, cacao, and protein powder in a blender. Puree until smooth. Transfer to 2 bowls and add toppings. Enjoy!
