Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing Foundation
With 30 new shades, Shiseido has released their newest foundation this month. February is also Black History Month, and what a great time to be launching these new shades and taking a step in being inclusive. Typical beauty brands in foundation carry only 12 shades! With many multicultural young people who are now discovering makeup, this generation is definitely lucky to have all progressive brands who are thinking of them.
Opening the sample box of shades was really exciting – So many tiny bottles! Even with the shade finder on their site, I love all the samples because nothing beats the real thing! This is the perfect size for makeup kits as well for any photoshoots I will do in the future. Niko was excited to play with these. This week we checked out a book called All Kinds of People.
I was showing him how to color match with the people in each page of the book but he didn’t really care about his mom’s beauty expertise. Oh well!
We had a great time checking out all the shades and color names – Mommy is a 340 Oak and Niko is 440 Amber (Golden with slightly olive tone for rich tan skin). He is the perfect blend of Mommy and Daddy! We think Daddy is 460 Topaz!

HOW TO USE
Shake well. Twist pump to unlock bottle. Hold the bottle at an angle and press downward on the top to dispense product. Apply after skincare, smoothing on evenly from the center of the face outward. Build your desired coverage level with additional layers. To re-lock bottle, twist the pump back into place. Wipe dispenser after use.
