Spinning into Fitness: Cyclebar Henderson
I got to check out the new spin class at Cyclebar Henderson this week in Green Valley! I never been to that part of Vegas so it was a really fun treat! The neighborhood is pretty cool and ‘city like’ unlike the rest of Vegas and there were a lot of great restaurants, shopping and places to walk around. At the media preview of Cyclebar, we were given a chance to check out their class!Media guests were treated to fresh squeezed juices, sandwiches and a tour of the place. Cyclebar has a store in the front and offers leggings, tanks, sports bras too! They have hair ties, bobby pins, gum and lip balm for free 🙂
The clip in cycle shoes allow you to ‘clip’ to the bike pedals and just fly! When you spin, it’s different than riding a bike, you literally just spin and spin and spin. I got the shoes in size 5.5 and my regular shoe size is 6. My friend Zuly, who rides a lot, said you can get a bigger size in case your foot swells during the ride.
