Breakdown of $12M Macy’s Parade

Macy’s Day Parade costs between $10.4 and $12.3 Million

Ebates, the online cash back shopping site and the one stop shop for all online holiday purchases, developed an infographic that shows a quick breakdown of the money and where it actually goes:

  • 4,000+ Macy’s employees who volunteer on Thanksgiving morning
  • 8,000 people who help put on the Parade
  • 17 giant character balloons, 27 floats, and 10,000 parade marchers including 1,000 clowns, 1,100 cheerleaders and dancers and 12 marching banks
  • Each float costs between $30,000 to $100,000, and a sponsoring company can expect to pay $190,000 for a new balloon
  • $510,000 in helium costs, $138,573 in taxes, $51,33 in logistical coordination and $810,000-$2.7M in float costs

Forevermark Black Label Collection Launch in NYC

Forevermark Black Label Collection was launched last Wednesday night in NYC. Guests gathered at Cedar Lake venue for an evening full of sparkle as Forevermark introduced a new generation of diamonds, cut with supreme symmetry and unprecedented accuracy to release a dazzling light.

Forevermark Black Label Collection, the most exclusive collection of diamond cuts ever conceived, at a private cocktail event in New York City, where the brand also unveiled its collaboration with artist Angie Crabtree.  Crabtree magnified the beauty of the Forevermark Black Label Collection by painting the diamond facets enlarged 1,000+ times, on four custom wrapped canvases in each shape. Celebrities including television personality Olivia Culpo, model Rachel Hilbert and influencers Danielle Bernstein of We Wore What and Arielle Nachmani of Something Navy attended to catch a glimpse of the unrivalled diamond collection.
