Taittinger is one of the last remaining major marque Champagne Houses, both owned and actively managed by the family named on the label. Taittinger is the second largest vineyard or domaine owner in the region giving them ultimate control of quality from vine to bottle. The Champagnes are Chardonnay dominant, which gives them their elegance, delicacy and finesse. Taittinger is widely distributed around the world in 140 countries.

This Tuesday,  Heydoyou was invited to experience new interpretations of Valentine’s Day menus and décor concepts featuring Champagne Taittinger. Hosted by Vitalie Taittinger, Global Ambassador and Artistic Director of Champagne Taittinger, the event will feature the cuisine of celebrated Chef Camille Becerra of Navy in New York City, and will feature a guided presentation of Champagne Taittinger. Six Taittinger Champagnes will be tasted.

This is one of my favorite, tastes slightly sweet. The name is Taittinger Nocturne.

The event was very cute and sweet, really reminding me the Valentine.
