Living Fancy: Instrata Lifestyle Residences
Last month, right before our big move, I was invited to join the residents of Instrata NoMad for their monthly event. INSTRATA NoMad is a sleek, 50-story high-rise towering above the neighborhood north of Madison Square Park, which is in the midst of an exciting renaissance. Young professionals and empty nesters alike are drawn to the building’s spacious apartment homes and an array of appealing amenities, from a rooftop resident lounge to a pet spa and children’s playroom. The evening included meeting with oyster sommelier and blogger Julie Qiu of In A Half Shell, for an evening of oyster shucking and tasting, with Prosecco pairings.
The evening was the perfect way to enjoy the NYC skyline at sunset. The festivities were held on the newly redesigned rooftop at 10 E. 29th St in Manhattan. Check out the view.
