United Nude is the world’s first architectural footwear brand co-founded by architect Rem D Koolhaas and shoemaker Galahad Clark. They are having their amazing NYC Sample Sale and you better get your butt down there if you are a self proclaimed shoe lover!
I stopped by early this rainy morning to get my hands on the very last pair of CrazyLacy’s in the world!! Since they were sold out everywhere and I just couldn’t get them at regular price, I was way too happy when I found these on the one off section at the United Nude Showroom.
The prices from $25, $50, $75 and $100. A real steal for shoes that retail in the $500 range!
There are a few rules that every city girl learns in her twenties. Wash off your mascara at night, show up fashionably late at parties, arrive early at sample sales and always bring a shoe loving accomplice who will give you an honest opinion. There is nothing worst than going to a shoe sale or war zone without an (shoe loving) allies! Lucky for me, my mother in law was in town, we are the same shoe size and so off we went to scour for United Nude treasures.
The showroom was divided into samples, sizes and last seasons and one off’s.
Unbelievable discounts, holy grails and iconic shoes like the Crazy Lacy and the Tulip boot were available. Along with neons, mens, sandals, platforms and pumps – this is not a sale to be missed!
