Hey Honey (Cocktail)

1 oz cognac, 2oz pineapple juice, 1 1/2 tsp honey, 1 1/2 tbsp ginger simple syrup, 1/2 tbsp simple syrup and 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice. Mix and garnish with pomegranate seeds!
