Event LOVE: @Valentine_K Official S/S12 Launch
Last week, we celebrated Valentine K’s second season of cozy cashmere sweaters and it was glorious! The spring/summer 2012 collection features lightweight cashmere pullovers, cardigans and hooded sweaters in a variety of colors ranging from citrine, georgia peach (my fave!), pink icing, ocean blue, lavender purple, and navy stripes.

Ingredients
48 fluid ounces chilled Heineken
1 bottle sparkling apple cider, chilledDirections

Smashbox Be Legendary Lipstick in Infrared Matte
@Smashbox has recently redone their packaging to look sleeker and chicer… Love! I received the Be Legendary Lipstick in Infrared Matte at The MakeUp Show preview event a few weeks ago. This lipstick is a jam packed with color, like you’d expect. It’s a true red with a matte finish.
Worn without lipliner, applied straight from the tube after a light coat of lip balm.
Please excuse my undone hair O:)
I’m a matte lipstick kind of gal and this one passes my test. The shea butter in this lipstick gives just about as much moisture you can expect from a matte lipstick. Color stayed put most of the day with a touch up in the late afternoon after I ate lunch but for the most part, great staying power. I recommend this shade for most skin tones but especially medium skin tones since it is a true red. Not something I’d say is a must-have for me nor would I whip out $19 for this at a moment’s notice but it’s definitely a smashing color if you’re looking for a good true red with staying power.
