@PrettyCity and @Shape_Magazine Beauty Sample Sale

Sippin’ wine, shopping–and throw a little pampering in the mix??  Sounds like the perfect girls’ night out to me!  For just this type of indulgence, PrettyCity and Shape Magazine host a Beauty Sample Sale across the country and last week they had one of these awesome events right here in New York at Marquee.

The event featured complimentary beauty services by Skintology, Beauty Addicts, Red and White Spa, Ben David Salon, Arrojo Studio, Comsmedicine, and Dr. REMEDY Enriched Nail Polish.  In addition to mini treatments, the spas offered discounts on their services.

As for the shopping, it was jewelry and accessory heaven!  Is A Belt, Silpada Designs, Stella & Dot, Stephanie’s Traveling Boutique, and Miche Bag all had items for sale.

Last but not least, treats were provided by Cake Joy (wow, the red velvet cupcake was amazing!) and Natural Gourmet Institute.

Shape magazine had a Spin to Win wheel, where everyone was a winner (yay, I won some mascara), and American Laser Skincare had a raffle (still waiting on that email to let me know I’m a winner 🙂 ).  We also got an amazing gift bag stuffed with over $125 worth of products (look out for my upcoming product reviews!).
