Bicycle Chandelier

a salvaged bicycle wheel has been given another chance at life, and with its new purpose a brilliant light shines forth! several dozen baubles and beads dangle beneath it that sparkle in the light ever so beautifully.
the rim of this once spinning wheel is lined at the base with an aqua grosgrain ribbon that has been over-layed with a patterned turquoise satin ribbon.
