I Wanna Rock!!

You simply cannot stop Mr. Snoop D-O- double Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! This song is GREAT first of all, but I just LOVE this video. Yeah, there aren’t tons of special effects, but the concept is soooo dope! “Wonderland is in desperate need for us to become one”.
We hear so much talk about people becoming more united, and sadly a lot of people just shut down as soon as they hear these kind of talks. But of course Snoop was one step ahead of us; he came out with a video with such a DIVERSE cast; these guys are just having a good time jamming to some Hip Hop and of course showing all their inspired moves!
Hip Hop is always associated with “black” people, and often people don’t like when people of other races experiment with HipHop, so I love Snoop for doing this! This isn’t a review or anything, I just really like this song and I LOVE the video.
Let’s make MORE LOVE and less war in 2010!

Happy Birthday Michelle!

It’s my sister’s birthday today! Happy Birthday Michelle!

She’s been holding me down since day 1

A lot of you don’t know but I rep the Tropic of Cancer and my sister reps the Tropic of Capricorn. Haha.  She is jetset and has traveled to London, Scotland, Chicago, Paris, Oxford, Madrid, Leicester, Washington, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary in the last 3 years. OMG.

She is a kick ass and very serious criminal lawyer in Edmonton. She has always taken care of me and everyone around her…

Relentlessly pursuing her academic then career path – she went to McMaster for Psych x Math then to Royal Military College for MA in War History and then Windsor U for Law. She really inspires me and is a no holds bar kinda girl.

And she is a pilot and an office in for the Air Cadets. Michelle is the 2nd from the left with the badass stance. She even as a Military ID. O_O

I love her because she always taught me to dream with my eyes open, always know what’s right and wrong and the value of being ritualistic. I hope you like your birthday present I sent you… I wish you a very happy 28th and I will see you in LA… in 2 weeks! xoxo

Get into the Academy

16 year old model-turned-designer, Justine Crawford has created a gorg line of ‘not-so’ and ‘sort of’ pieces… in a VERY good way. After wearing pieces from top designers, she’s decided to jump in and put her own creativity into realities… being in a strict school she began designing rebellious items, this became her clothing line; Academy For Wayward Girls. I love, love, love these pieces, especially the shoes… not only are they way out of the box, but they are created with quality and couture in mind! xoxo Academy For Wayward Girls!
