Holiday Ideas – A COLORFUL NEW WAVE OF SPLASHLINGS ARRIVE IN
A new wave of Splashlings, one of the year’s most sought after collectibles, arrives atToys “R” Us this month. TPF Toys latest addition of mermaid-themed characters and friends feature a series of ultra rare color change characters, that when dipped in icy cold water, amazingly changes colors!
Invented by the famed Pound Puppies creator, Mike Bowling, Splashlings features An Ocean Full of Friends. Over 100 new mermaids, ocean friends, gems, shells and treasures join the Splashlings family, affording kids more than 200 ocean-themed characters to collect between the two waves.

Designed for kids ages 5 and older, the Mermaid 12-pack includes a Mermaid, seven Splashlings (plus a ‘hidden’ Splashlings) and two seashells. SRP: $12.99

Fanfare has remained sky high since Splashlings debuted early this year. An animated Splashlings digital series, produced by Shaftesbury/Smokebomb in partnership with TPF Toys premiered on YouTube and has garnered over one million views. Splashlings follows five mermaid guardians of the sea as they encounter adventures, fend off dastardly Mer-Pirates, and make new friends while protecting the underwater kingdom of Orabel.
In addition to the complete line of collectibles, fans can collect Upper Deck trading cards and tap into the Splashlings Official Checklist & Collector’s Guide companion app, offering a fun way to keep track of their growing toy and card collections. The brand will see apparel, bedding and food/beverage products in the coming year.

TPF Toys and Creator of Pound Puppies Launch Splashlings, A Collectible Mermaid Toy Line, Exclusively at Toys “R” Us
Australian toymaker TPF Toys is making a big splash for its U.S. debut with the introduction of Splashlings TM , a new collectible mermaid- themed toy line, invented by the famed Pound Puppies ® creator, Mike Bowling. Launching exclusively at Toys “R” Us ® U.S stores, Splashlings is a beautiful line of mermaid characters and their friends. The Splashlings toy line features An Ocean Full of Friends TM , including a special group of mermaids and shells, as well as more than 100 pets, underwater gems, and treasures for Kids to collect and play with!
An all-new animated Splashlings digital series from Shaftesbury, the creator and producer of hit kids’ series including Life with Derek, will debut simultaneously. Splashlings collectible cards are also planned with Upper Deck for later this year.
