New Survey: Two-Thirds of People Would Give Up Coffee/Alcohol for Better Sleep

It’s Sleep Awareness Week! A new survey conducted by Restonic, a leader in handcrafted mattresses and high-quality sleep products since 1938, revealed that nearly two-thirds of people (or 63 percent) would give up coffee or alcohol for the rest of their lives in exchange for a better night’s sleep.

Additional findings from the survey include:

  • Only 14 percent of people feel they get enough sleep.
  • Only six percent of people who use electronics in bed get enough sleep. The rates for those who limit electronics in bed is more than double that.
