Samsung Gear watches now compatible with iOS

Samsung has officially launched the Gear S application and Gear Fit application for iOS this weekend, making it the first time that Samsung has decided to iOS users to use the Samsung Gear S2/S3 and Fit watches.

Most of the functionality remains the same. Utilizing the Gear S app, you’ll be able to change watch faces, allow/disable notifications, and receive calls to your Gear S watch. (Depending on the variant of Gear S watch you have, you may be able to respond on the watch.)

For those who are looking for a great companion device for their iPhones, this would be a valid step to take. The app for Gear S and Gear Fit is on the App Store if you have an iPhone running iOS 9.0 or above.
