Blogger Must Have #iPhone 5C and #Shutterball @MBFW @VZWNYMetro
I got the most amazing present from my Mom2 called a Shutterball. It works like a remote shutter for your iPhone 4S+. Designed to take perfect Selfies and photos from a far, the Shutterball made my days at Fashion Week so much easier and lots more fun.
Since I only had a 4, I was so lucky to get a loaner iPhone 5C from my friends at Verizon for Fashion Week.
You can get the Shutterball at http://www.myshutterball.com

Verizon Wireless lent me an iPhone 5C to test out during Fashion Week. Coming from an iPhone 4, this 5C was amazing! It had a long battery life, fast reaction time, quick upload and I was able to FourSquare check-in, Facebook message, post to Instagram and Tweet seamlessly! The Verizon network has great coverage so in locations my Sprint phone could not get a signal, I was still able to upload with my 5C. The bright fun colors that iPhone 5C is offered in makes it a colorful inspiration for my everyday life.

Backstage Pass @MaraHoffman @MBFW
One of my favorite parts of Fashion Week is backstage! This is where all the beauty and prep work happens! From nails to hair to make up… The glam squad do not play around!
My loaner iPhone 5C from Verizon working wonders
They get all the models ready quickly to the looks created to match the season’s pieces. I was invited by Tigi Catwalk (Hair) and Maybelline NY (Makeup/Nails) to come and partake in the backstage portion of Mara Hoffman. It is really amazing to see how it all comes together!

@DelToro X @SNARKITECTURE @TheStandard
I had the privilege to attend the Del Toro X Snarkitecture party at The Standard Shop for Fashion Week. Snarkitecture and Del Toro launched their new sneaker collaboration “Inverted Chuka” which is a limited edition release. The shoes are completely white, very minimalistic & has reflective material on the inside.
Matthew Chevallard, Daniel Arsham and Alex Mustonen mingled with guests while champagne, beer, and sparkling water were served. Guests were also able to pick up the shoes and inspect the shoe closely.
The Alto Chukka shoes are available at http://shop.snarkitecture.com/collections/all/products/inverted-chukka

Cool and Cold Street Style @MBFW
It is freezing. It’s suppose to be ‘spring’ fashion week showcasing FW14 but it is so cold that everything on the runway looked ready-to-wear! I tried my best to dress warmly. Heat tech tights, tall boots, side split skirt, gloves, scarf, jacket.
Furs, faux furs, leather, gloves, scarves is what I like to see. Bare legs, frostbitten feet, perforated dresses and shivering cold people is what I didn’t want to see. NYC challenges you to be weather appropriate and also fashionable. I found a few inside and outside Lincoln Center that were able to achieve the balance of both.

Event LOVE: @GUESS Summer 2014 Preview #loveguess
This winter has been super crappy and super COLD, so the Guess Summer 2014 Preview was just what we needed to get us through these ugly winter days, and get us excited for summer, and of course summer fashion… pretty maxi dresses, cute sandals, short shorts… I’m ready for summer like yesterday.
Here are some of my favourite pieces!
Thank you for inviting us!

Smartly Designed Grooming Kit @KaufmannMerc
They say a dog is a man’s best friend. Return the favor by treating your favorite companion to Kaufmann Mercantile’s Stainless Steel & Beech Wood Dog Grooming Kit. Intended for everyday use, our beechwood comb features wide teeth to gently detangle and de-mat unruly fur. Periodically use the stainless steel scissors to precisely trim delicate areas around your pooch’s paws and ears. For short or long-haired dogs, pamper your pet with this specially designed grooming kit. Also see our grooming kit for cats.
Production & Design
This dog care set was made in Maniago, Italy, a city with a history of steel blade production dating back to the medieval 1500s. Due to their proximity to Venice, the old blacksmiths of Maniago were permitted to use the streams to cool and cut their steel during tool production.
The company that produced and designed this grooming kit was founded in 1912, specializing in farming tools. In 1952, with four generations of tool making under its belt, the company decided to hone its focus solely on knives for the home kitchen and professional butchery.
Since then, the company continues to innovate and improve its products. Recent innovations include knives fitted with “paperstone” handles made of post-consumer waste paper and recycled cardboard “booklet” boxes to replace the bulky knife stand and messy knife drawer. The pet care line is the first foray outside of food preparation and serving tools.
