Every since I got this bottle of honey I have been using it on everything! I put it on roasted sweet potatoes along with a sprinkle of paprika and it was divine.  I also used it in the honey for a feta/honey/date spread which is heavenly! Natural Nate’s honey is easy to use in every single recipe.

Feta Honey Date Spread

1 cup good quality crumbled feta (4 ounces)
½ cup toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
½ cup pitted dates, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh marjoram or 1 Tbsp.fresh thyme, chopped
2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped and/or sliced green olives
2 tsp. lemon, zest
¼ cup local honey
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper 
Toasted pita bread wedges
